Our prototyping department contains a HAAS TM1 CNC mill, a manual mill and a manual lathe.

Dedicated equipment, machining expertise and extensive CAD/CAM capabilities allows us to provide cost effective and responsive prototyping capabilities to our customers.

In coordination with our in-house engineering department, prototyping parts can be produced exactly to our customers specifications and subsequently altered or remanufactured as the design is tested and improved.

If the new part requires more complicated features, our high performance production mills and lathes can be utilized to generate virtually any part in any material.

Additionally, our experience with heat treating and plating vendors means that the final product will exactly match our customers requirements.
